China does it again, they built this 30-floor hotel in Changsha in just 15 days.
How could they?
The truth is this; walls and floor panels, they call it "Flatpack system", were bulit in a factory prior the rising of the building.
The electrics, plumbing, air conditioning and flooring will be installed within the panels before they are being transported to the construction site and put together.
This technique reduces the cost to build by impressing two-thirds!
And because less cement is used the greenhouse emissions are reduced.
A 15 cm thermal insulation will also boost the buildings green status.
And now!
