British Airways have opened the sales for their first A380 flights from London to Los Angeles.
And within a month tickets will be available for flights between London and Hongkong.
Next around the corner are tickets for Johannesburg.
London Heathrow has become the busiest A380 hub in the world, now with five operators flying in and out. The airport is very constrained when it comes to slots, and the A380 with it´s capacity will somehow make it a little easier.
As I have written in earlier posts, this first A380 was delivered on July 4, the second in September and the third this year, will join BA in October 2013.
British Airways, has twelve Airbus A380s on order as a part of their long-haul fleet renewal.
More information about the A380 on the BA website.
