Measuring impressive 74.3 metres from the tip of the nose to the end of the tail, the A350-1000 is the longest version of Airbus new family of WideBody airplanes.
Designed as they say on their website "....for high efficiency, maximum reliability and optimesed performance...."

It seats, in the typical three-class configuration a total of 350 passengers, however if there is a carrier who wants a higher-density layout Airbus can arrange that so that the aircraft can accommodate up to 440 passengers!
The aircraft A350-XWB is made from advanced materials, over 70 per cent! Composites, titanium and advanced aliminium alloys. Easier maintenance and lower fuel burn is the result of a Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic fuselage!
And the range? 15.555 kilometers!
With the Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines this plane is developed for long-haul routes such as Shanghai-Boston, Paris-Santiago, Manchester-Los Angeles or Singapore-Chicago-

Total orders up till this date: 145.

It is scheduled to enter service in 2017. Four long years from now.
